This phone holder was slightly above average in quality. 1st issue was the bolts provided; they were much too long when the holder was attached to the bicycle handle bars with more than 10mm of screw exposed out from the bottom end which can result in potential injury. There should be an option for bolt length regarding bicycle or motorcycle handlebar sizes). 2nd issue were the weak adhesives used on the rubber bumpers. The double sided tape adhesive came off overnight and although I pressed them back, they repeatedly came off again. I finally used super glue to stick the bumpers on and they had stayed on ever since. 3rd, the holder plates made noise if no phone was installed during a ride due to the slightly loose fitting of both halves. If a phone was installed or the holder was tightened all the way back, then no noise issues. I guess this can be expected at this price range/bracket. A plus side; the unit I received had the bolt screw downward(which is easier to install) compared to the picture provided which had the bolts screw from bottom up. Overall I would give this product 3.5 stars.
